How to download my YouTube video?

1 — Different methods to copy the video/playlist URL

On computer (Windows / macOS)

  1. Address bar: open the video, click in the address bar and copy the URL (Ctrl/Cmd + C).
  2. Share button: under the video → Share → Copy link.
  3. Right click: on a thumbnail/link → Copy link address.
  4. Playlist: open the playlist then copy the URL with the list=… parameter.
  5. At a specific time (optional): in "Share", check Start at (or add &t=90s to the URL).

On mobile (Android / iPhone)

  1. In YouTube app: Share button → Copy link.
  2. From browser: open the video, tap address bar → Copy.
  3. For a playlist: open the playlist, then Share → Copy link.

Tip: make sure the URL starts with https://www.youtube.com/ or https://youtu.be/.
